Guest Author Agreement

By submitting an article for consideration, you consent to exclusive publication by TheSunshineMoms.com and consent to the following rules of Guest Author Agreement.

All Guest Posts must comply with the following Terms and Conditions for Guest Authors/ Guest Author Agreement:

1. Guest Posts must be original works that have not been previously published on any website, forum, chat or social media site.
2. Content must be your own work. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is not permitted.
3. When quoting others, please cite the source.
4. Once the post has been submitted to TheSunshineMoms.com the content will be ours, and you will no longer have any ownership rights to the Content. You may not publish it anywhere else online, in part or in whole, including your own website.
5. You may promote your Guest Post on your own website, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media forums via a link to the article on TheSunshineMoms.com.
6. The guest author has to spend at least 4 hours promoting their article, the day it is published.
7. Guest Post writer may submit a short bio (50 words or less) and a photo to be included with the post.
8. Guest Posts shall not include any affiliate links.
9. TheSunshineMoms.com reserves the right to add its own affiliate links where appropriate.
10. The Guest Post writer shall not be entitled to any compensation for writing the post or for any revenue generated from affiliate links ( if included) and advertisements.
11. Guest Posts shall include images/video under the following circumstances: • TheSunshineMoms.com is responsible for acquiring all images/videos and necessary permissions for use of said images on the blog. Any and all images/videos submitted for use by the Guest post writer are subject to inclusion at the sole discretion of TheSunshineMoms.com. • The Guest Post writer may supply images for use on the blog if they are the copyright holder of the image/video and can provide evidence of copyright. In the event this evidence cannot be provided, no images/video provided by Guest Post writers shall be used.
12. Guest Post writers will receive the writing credit as the author of their post.
13. All guest posts may or may not receive one (1) link to the writer’s website. If the writer does not have a website, one (1) link will be provided to either Facebook or Twitter. If the writer has no profile for linking, only the name will be provided. TheSunshineMoms.com reserves the right to refuse link to the writer’s website or remove the link to the writer’s website without prior notice to the guest writer.
14. TheSunshineMoms.com may promote the Guest Post on a variety of social media networks, but does not guarantee any particular site or reach.
15. TheSunshineMoms.com does not permit links to the writer’s website within the post unless it is directly related and relevant to the topic.
16. Links to third-party sites shall be approved by TheSunshineMoms.com, and must be relevant to the topic.
17. All SEO’s (Search Engine Optimisations) anchor text or tags will be reviewed and subject to inclusion at the discretion of TheSunshineMoms.com.
18. To make the article more SEO inclusive TheSunshineMoms.com reserves the right to make necessary changes in the content they finally publish.
19. TheSunshinemoms.com reserves the right to make some minor changes to the content from time to time and not necessarily inform the author about the same.
20. TheSunshinemoms.com reserves the right to add and remove internal and external links in the post even after it is published.
21. Excessive links or links that appear to be affiliate or spam will be removed at the discretion of TheSunshineMoms.com.
22. All Guest Posts will be reviewed and approved by TheSunshineMoms.com prior to posting.
23. TheSunshineMoms.com reserves the right to edit posts where necessary to ensure the post is consistent with the values of TheSunshineMoms.com.
24. TheSunshineMoms.com will review any material changes made prior to publication. TheSunshineMoms.com reserves the right to refuse publication or remove the guest post without prior notice to the guest writer.
25. By providing a Guest Post to TheSunshineMoms.com, you agree you are not becoming part of the website nor shall you hold yourself out to be a member of the TheSunshineMoms.com website.
26. TheSunshineMoms.com reserves the right to refuse publication of any post that appears to have been submitted for the purpose of advertising a business or service. By Copying and pasting this in my email, I agree that I have read this Guest Author Agreement/ Terms and Conditions for Guest Authors and agree to be bound by it.
